SEM undertook a World-Bank funded project to produce a Logical Framework Analysis (LFA) of Ghana’s Financial Sector Strategic Plan. LFA is a structured tabular method of summarizing project objectives, outputs and activities. Our assignment involved translating the document into a logical framework which became the tool for managing each phase of FINSSP and a master tool for creating other important project management tools such as the detailed budget, the breakdown of responsibilities, the implementation schedule and a monitoring plan.
